Worked in-house with this national footwear and foot care brand in creating and implementing refreshed branding and guidelines and applying to all materials, including national advertising, in-store POS, packaging and internal communications.
Worked with the Marketing Director to create ideas to increase revenue and diversify their customer base, a role I relished and enjoyed.
Helped create a digital marketing strategy for the business which is being implemented and will create and drive sales.
2011 | Senior UI Artist
I was lucky to get the opportunity to work with Codemasters on their Operation Flashpoint and Formula 1 title.
Working with the Lead Artist to create assets to be used in game within the main gaming interface.
My time here was brief, but was a great experience in designing for UI, something I had only really touched on within the web field.
Assets were fed into the game live through Flash and tested live.
2010-2011 | Digital Marketing Mentor
Assisted startups and individuals who wanted to get to grips with digital marketing. Funded by the European Regional Development fund in partnership with Coventry University Enterprises, I worked with numerous people to help them develop online presence.
2003-2013 | Founder
Starting as a music business, which helped promote unsigned music and creative talent initially in Coventry and Warwickshire but went national.
The business grew to 1 million website visitors a year, programming of music events and festivals and was ultimately killed off by a young man called ‘Tom’, who had a website called MySpace.
Attenshun then morphed into a design business, focussed on music, arts, culture design and marketing – still working with creative talent from the UK.
For over 10 years I delivered award winning, highly creative, print and digital communications for local and national companies over a wide range of sectors.
Clients worked for included, Simple, Shuropody, Arts Council England, Codemasters, Creative Partnerships, Channel 4.
Design awards presented by peers in the industry, including Cream Awards and Fresh Awards. Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year – Coventry & Warwickshire 2004.
Started the first freelance creative collective in Coventry, that joined the skill sets of developers, digital marketeers, brand specialists, illustrators, video directors and designers.
Worked on the first digital ‘Word of Mouth’ campaign in the UK alongside the fabulous Front of Mind and Kaizo PR for the skincare client Simple.

Roles included design from concept to final production of marketing campaigns through advertising, direct mail and exhibition design through to branding and developing major brands through corporate identity creation, stationery, livery and signage.
Developed from a print designer to web designer and won numerous regional and national design awards for my marketing campaigns and design working with clients such as Tesco, Coventry City Council, Virgin and Barclays.
