Avilio, the brainchild of seasoned business pro-Philippe Masson, stemmed from a unique insight. While assisting businesses through various challenges, Philippe realised that the key to business success lay in supporting middle managers. These hardworking folks often juggle work, family, financial commitments, and career advancement, leading to stress and overwhelm.
By empowering these managers with skills to handle their personal lives and responsibilities better, Philippe noticed a dramatic shift in business performance, sometimes overnight.
That’s the seed that grew into Avilio as we know it today – a group dedicated to helping managers be more productive and happier.
The brief
Armed with insights from our Creative Director Baz Jobson’s journey through the “Time Master Programme,” our task was twofold.
The Avilio team needed a brand that balanced a professional, corporate aesthetic with a softer tone to encapsulate their mantra, ‘Productivity Inspires Happiness.’
The goal? To resonate with large, national and international businesses eager to support their middle managers.
Moreover, Avilio required comprehensive brand guidelines, a sleek website, and consistent templates for LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
We started bringing this vision to life.

In shaping Avilio’s brand, we fused corporate professionalism with a dash of fun. Our exploratory brand workshop helped us distil Avilio’s core values, steering us towards concepts revolving around happiness and time. Our workshop and ideas led to a striking logo that encapsulates these elements in a sleek, versatile mark.
But we didn’t stop there. We developed comprehensive brand guidelines and a rich array of print and digital templates to ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials.
The icing on the cake? A fully-functioning CMS website designed to drive enquiries and generate buzz. This impactful rebrand has enabled Avilio to collaborate with big names like Bain & Company, ESRI, Team GB, and Pardi.
