Chat 4 Business offer a very different live-chat feature for the care home and estate agent sectors. James and Marcus at Chat 4 Business offer a managed live-chat. They manage the chat on behalf of their customers, and qualify the leads. Once qualified, C4B can quickly call their client in to the chat. Saving the client time and meaning they only speak to website visitors that are warmed up.
The brief
James and Marcus at Chat 4 Business were looking for a refresh, that really helped them stand out online and in the two sectors they specialise in. They had gone through a number of versions of the logo and brand over the years and had become known as ‘C4B’.
The client needed to emphasise that while they were mostly a managed and human live-chat, they were using Artificial Intelligence and bots to help answer live-chat quickly (within 5 seconds) to qualify simple details such as name – then the human agents stepped in to help qualify the website visitor as a warm lead. It had to look modern, tech but have a personal and human touch.
Specific requirements were the logo, brand guidelines, social media style and templates a website design and build.
